As Fly Fashion Ghana is based on shipping luxury brand products to your address in Ghana. As such, you can only order fashion products. ANY ORDER REQUESTS CONSISTING OF NON FASHION-RELATED PRODUCTS (e.g. Electronics, Appliances etc.) WILL BE REJECTED.

Yes! Both methods of delivery comes with our own tracking process in which you will be updated with each stage of delivery the product is in.

As the goods are being delivered from the UK overseas, it would be lengthy task to process each return/refund request.

As such, there are NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS.

FFG delivery is our own delivery process in which we utilise Air Freight delivery through our network of various airlines (BA, KLM ETC) with a courier we are partnered with.

Our Air Freight delivery process is done ONCE A WEEK ON WEDNESDAYS, so it is important to place orders before this date if you want your orders delivered in a weeks time. Otherwise, if orders are placed after this date, then the products won't be delivered until the following Wednesday, resulting in a delivery closer to two weeks.

This service is suited for customers who don't mind a longer delivery time (between 1/2 weeks) but the main benefit would be a cheaper delivery cost.

This delivery process is suited for those who want to have their products delivered ASAP (within a week) and don't necessarily mind the additional costs.

This is done thorugh our couriers partnership with DHL, this allows the ability for products to be delivered in a matter of a few days utilising DHLs Air Freight network!

However, the cost of delivery through this process will be comparatively larger in comparison to FFG delivery due to the quicker turnaround.

You can request for your orders to be delivered together at the same time on the order form. (If there isn't a next day delivery option for these products, then there may be a slightly longer delivery time as we would have to hold off delivering these products to Ghana until they have all landed at the warehouse)

However, if you don't request this and you're ordering products without next day delivery/ordering from multiple websites without next day delivery, then there is the chance they would be delivered separately due to the time difference.
